vSure Custom Reports Module

If the data exists in vSure, we can now custom build practically any report for you and we can auto-schedule delivery via email (or output to file servers). We currently offer output in PDF or MS Excel format. Outputs can be manually triggered OR scheduled on practically any frequency (e.g. weekly, fortnightly, monthly etc) to a specified list of subscribers you can administer.

For example:

  • Want to email a report to each of your venues / stores a list of this month's expiring visas within their location - now you can automate it!
  • Want to automatically email your branches a fortnightly list of their Student Visa holders with the 48 hours per fortnight restriction - now you can!
  • Want to send your compliance team an automated report on visa holders approaching their visa expiry dates - now you can
