Visas Held (over time) report
Visas Held (over time) report / Labour Hire Industry Licensing Report
A number of our labour hire clients have requested the ability to report on employee visas held within a specified period. This is to meet reporting obligations with specific state licensing requirements.
We also feel this report has value across our client base.
We have a large number of clients in the Labour Hire industry. Various states have brought in tough licensing laws and now demand reports on staff employed, by visa type, for a date range.
To aid in meeting your reporting requirements vSure has introduced the Cease Date field against your employees/contractors. This allowed us to provide filters to report on only active employees in a date range.
That is, you have the ability to run a report on all visas held by employees/contractors for two filters:
- Start Date range; and
- Cease Date range.
These can be used in conjunction with each other OR in isolation.

NOTE: the report is by Visa Held NOT by Employee (such is the requirement). That is, the same employee with multiple visas in the period, will appear more than once in the report.
The report can be easily exported to excel for further grouping, manipulation, before lodgement.
