This error indicates that VEVO (Home Affairs) was unavailable when the system attempted to run a visa check.
To retry the visa check, use either of the following options:
- On the Onboarding Review screen, select Re-check Visa.
In the Critical Employee Contractor listing, select the Visa Check button.
