UKG Ready, formerly UKG Workforce Ready, brings HR, payroll, talent, time and scheduling together in one solution, making it easier to manage every aspect of your workforce. Ready is typically mid-sized companies with UKG Pro favoured by larger Enterprises. 

vSure offers a comprehensive 2-way integration to UKG Ready making management of work rights compliance in Australia and New Zealand effortless!

Our UKG Ready integrations includes (each component of the integration is optional):

  1. Recruitment: trigger Write To Work checks in vSure based on moving a candidate into a recruitment stage
  2. Recruitment: vSure updates UKG Ready with progress on the self-onboarding request in vSure (Sent and Awaiting Review)
  3. Recruitment: completed Right To Work check in vSure can see the result written to UKG Ready and progress the recruitment stage
  4. Webhook & back-up scheduled sync for: Create Employee
    1. Move candidate from Prospective to Current status in vSure if they progress to an employee in UKG Ready.

    2. Automatically create a vSure Self-Onboarding Right To Work request for any new Employees in UKG Ready that skip the recruitment check (are not in vSure already).

  5. Write Completed Self-Onboarding Work Rights Status from vSure to UKG Ready employee record

  6. Maintain in UKG Ready, the up-to-date Work Rights Status for Current Employees from vSure (automatically update any changes found in work rights to UKG Ready)
  7. Webhook and Backup syncs for: Update Employee:
    1. Automatically move to Previous in vSure any Terminated Employee in UKG Ready
    2. Maintain vSure Employee details (such as Location, Email, Mobile etc) with any changes in UKG Ready
    3. Move to Current in vSure (and automatically check work rights) any reactivated Employee in UKG Ready
  8. Nationality mapping into custom field for Payroll Metrics and the STP requirement for visa holder country (Australia only).

 

Step required in UKG Ready

API Credentials

Create an API Key and provide vSure with:

  • Client ID
  • Client Secret
  • Company ID
  • Base URL - something like: https://secure.workforceready.com.au/ta/rest/v2/companies

 

Unique Employee Identifier

Requirement to specify what to use as the unique Identifier in the UKG employee record and map this to the vSure EmployeeID. Either:

  • Employee ID (recommended)
  • External ID

Employment Status Configuration

Requirement to map UKG Employment Statuses to the vSure Employment Statuses:

  • Previous
  • Current
  • Previous

Employment Types Configuration

Requirement to map UKG Employment Types to the vSure Employment Types:

  • Casual
  • Part time
  • Full time
  • Contractor


Recruitment Stage Mapping

vSure maps UKG Ready Recruitment Stages in order to:

  • Trigger vSure RTW self-onboarding request at specified stage of Recruitment workflow
  • Update UKG Ready as RTW check progresses in VSure

You can map up to 4 Stages one to one or many to one:

  • Trigger vSure RTW Request - e.g. "Screen Candidate" Stage
  • RTW request sent
  • RTW request awaiting Review
  • RTW Completed
