Here are just some of the ways that the Roubler and vSure integration can help transform your work rights compliance:

  • Automate a Right To Work check from vSure, whenever a new employee accepts their invitation to join your Roubler account; 
  • No more VEVO checks, vSure seamlessly adds the work rights information AND MAINTAINS IT within Roubler;
  • vSure interprets visa information beyond a VEVO check (e.g. whilst VEVO will always show 8104/05 restriction on student {48 hours per fortnight}, vSure collects student information to determine exemptions) and sends the right information to Roubler;
  • Employees are sync'd in 2 directions - if an employee's details change in Roubler, they update in vSure, if work rights change in vSure, they update in Roubler;
  • Terminations in Roubler automatically stop visa monitoring in vSure and move employees to Previous status;
  • Reactivations in Roubler conversely move employees back to Current in vSure and automate visa monitoring once more;

No more manual managment of Right To Work information in Roubler, the vSure integration will maintain the up-to-date, intepreted status:

 

6 Points of Seamless Data Flows

There are 6 standard points of data flow between vSure and Roubler:

  1. New employee in Roubler creates a new Self-Onboarding RTW request sent from vSure via email and/or SMS;
  2. A completed and reviewed Self-Onboarding RTW request in vSure gets written back to the Roubler employee profile with the appropriate work rights;
  3. A change of work rights at any point in vSure, gets updated to Roubler;
  4. A change in employee details in Roubler (such as location or email address), gets updated in vSure;
  5. A termination in Roubler = Move to Previous in vSure;
  6. A reactivation in Roubler = Move to Current in vSure;

There is also a "catch-all" Sync-All integration that ensures the active employee list in Roubler always matches the Current employee list in vSure, will all 6 of the above sync'd if there are any misalignments.

 

How It Works

Connect vSure and Roubler via the vSure Integrations Service

The vSure and Roubler integration offers 6 integration workflows based on an oAuth2, token based integration. Your vSure Customer Success Manager will work with you to configure the integration. You will then control the integration via your Roubler login and your vSure Integration Service login found at https://integration.vsure.com.au/.

 

Your vSure Customer Success Manager will work with Roubler to help you set-up the integration, by populating the integration details screen within the vSure Integration Service:

 

Choice of unique identifier to sync your employees

vSure EmployeeID can be mapped to either the Roubler ID or the Roubler External Reference:

 

Map Roubler Visa List

As a once off exercise, the vSure team will help to map your vSure visa list (which is in effect, the Australian Department of Home Affairs visa list) to the Roubler visa list, with a default "catch all" if a new visa appears in vSure and needs to be added to Roubler:

 

Set the frequency of each of the sync's

Again, the vSure team will help to configure the integration, which allows you to specify the frequency of each of the 6 points of integration (+ the Sync All) that run between the systems:
