Overview of Self-Onboarding Reviews

The key compliance obligation with Right To Work checks is the sighting of Proof of Work Rights documents NOT actually the collection and retention of these documents.

This is why each Self-Onboarding Right To Work check in vSure must be reviewed. It is in fact the review process that creates the audit trail for "who performed the review of the proof of work rights documents, on what date at what time". It is this audit trail that Borderforce or SMETA auditors are interested in, not copies of the actual documents.

The challenge of high volume recruitment / bulk work rights audits

Managing high volumes of Reviews can be a time consuming process. Opening each review, checking what was uploaded and ticking all the boxes to accept the Review, all takes time.

In-Line Reviews

1. Review documents without opening the full review screen

Where the data validation process in vSure does not find any obvious errors (PLEASE note that this does NOT mean there are no errors, just that the algorithms didn't find any). This means there is No flag and the work rights are not in Critical state (visa check worked, no immediate expiry),  resulting in the ability to open the Review In-line.

That is without having to fully open the Review screen you can see the images/documents uploaded by expanding the grid (clicking on the 🔽 down arrow.

2. Accept individual or multiple onboards (aka Complete the Review) by ticking and Accepting All

Having satisfied yourself that the documents are all correct and legit, you can then mark / tick the tickbox(es) at the far left of the individual row, before selecting "Accept All", to complete the Review process en masse.
