Flare

Flare is a popular vSure integration used by many of Australia's leading Hospitality and Retail companies.

Flare can be used purely as an employee onboarding solution OR as an onboarding and Human Resource Information System (HRIS).

Depending on how you use Flare, the vSure integration may vary.

Generally all customers use Flare for onboarding and as such all customers generally integrate onboarding in Flare with automated sending of self-onboarding right to work requests from vSure.

Contact Flare Support

Because we have so many mutual clients, the Flare support team are well-equipped to set-up the vSure integration. Note: there is a charge from them for this service.

You will need to:

  • Provide them with your dedicated vSure inbox (onboarding email address) as explained in this help article;
  • They will set-up a user in your Flare system with that dedicated @vSure email address and set-up a template Alert to that user in the appropiate format per the article liked above;
  • Remove work rights section(s) from your existing Flare onboarding workflow(s);
  • Get from them a list of your Flare visa codes;
  • Request a Flare API key for your account for vSure (which they will directly send us securely).

Visa Mapping

Because Flare has a dedicated work rights / visa codes area, we need to map the visas set-up in Flare to vSure. Flare support should be able to provide you with a spreadsheet to send us.

Workflow

Note: this workflow covers all integration options. If you don't use Flare for HRIS for example, you won't need vSure to sync terminations from Flare.

Note also: at this stage vSure does not manage reactivations. If you reactivate an employee in Flare, you will need to Move them from Previous to Current in vSure.
