Deputy Integration

Deputy is a workforce management system.
vSure – Australia’s leading work rights compliance platform – integrates with Deputy via Training Requirements and Stress profiles to streamline employee visa and work rights management.
Here are just some of the ways the Deputy and vSure integration can help transform your work rights compliance:
- Automatically trigger a Right To Work check in vSure for new People added in Deputy.
- Eliminate manual VEVO checks
- vSure continuously maintains accurate work rights information. - Go beyond basic VEVO results – while VEVO will always show the 8104/8105 student visa restriction (48 hours per fortnight), vSure captures additional student information to identify exemptions. If the person has a “Restriction”, the relevant Stress profile will be automatically created in Deputy.
- Terminations in Deputy automatically move staff to “Previous” status in vSure.
- Any employee detail changes – e.g. email or mobile number – are automatically updated in vSure.

Training requirements will allow you to control which employees are recommended to work in a particular area based on their training and your organisation's needs.
- Overlapping shifts
- Training
- Unavailability
- Approved Leave
- Stress Profiles
About training
Training requirements work in two parts:
- Training Modules - the type of certification an employee can have
- Training Records - the instances where training modules are applied to the employees.
If an area has a required training module, and the employee doesn't have that training record, the employee won't be recommended to work there.
If the area has more than one training module requirement, the employee needs all of them to be recommended in that area.

Assign the ‘Work Rights’ training tag to locations

Through the integration vSure can then assign and maintain the training record (WorkRights) against the employee:

Stress profiles are used to then manage the restriction that work conditions have on the hours the employees are able to work:
-
Restricted Primary Student Visa (8105)
-
Restricted Secondary Student Visa (8104)
-
Restricted Secondary 407 Training Visa (8104)
