Collecting change of name documents with self-onboarding
You can now automatically collect proof of name change documents from your staff, with the self-onboarding workflow.
My Account Setting
Navigate to My Account and Edit the settings by scrolling to the bottom

Change the "Use Change of Name in Email/SMS Self-Onboarding setting to Yes and Save

The Employee Experience
The the option above set to yes, the Australian Citizen workflow will now include an additional question/screen for change of name (note: our research shows a VERY low percentage of visa holders require additional proof of name change and as such we have decided to NOT include this question in the non-citizen workflow to reduce friction and speed up collection from the majority who don't need to supply this document).

If the answer is no, the staff member simply moves on by selecting Submit.
If the answer is YES, then the screen opens up for collection of the proof of name change document:
