Alerts Report - subscribing to

vSure is designed to streamline the administration of work rights. One key benefit is the push notifications of work rights status.

Central to the value of vSure is the Alerts report:

Reports | Alerts

There are 4 sections to the report:

  1. Critical Status: individuals with expiring visas (within 2 weeks), expired visas, visas without work rights or whose status cannot validated appear here.
  2. Important Status: individuals with visas expiring within 3 months AND individuals whose visa status has changed since the last check was run;
  3. Reminders: any reminders that have been set by the team that have fallen due;
  4. Passport Expiries: where you have recorded the passport expiry date, we will alert any passport expiries, noting visas are attached to passports and as such, so are work rights;

You can subscribe to a weekly reminder (and shortcut) to review this "Alerts" report under:

Via Email

My Account | Notification Settings | Email Alerts and Email Address for Alerts

The email will send you a link to this report weekly. You will need to be logged into vSure (for security reasons) to see the report (which means enter you password after clicking the link).

OR similarly Via SMS

My Account | Notification Settings | Send SMS Notifications and SMS Phone Number

The SMS will simply be a link to this report weekly. You will need to be logged into vSure (for security reasons) to see the report (which means enter you password after clicking the link).
